Noora Waheed is the HR Coordinator at Small Steps Big Dreams, where she manages all HR-related functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee support. With nine years of experience in school administration and four years as an HR Coordinator in the UAE, she brings a well-rounded understanding of people operations in educational settings.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Science from Academic City, Dubai. In addition to her academic background, Noora is a Certified Graphic Designer, a trained Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, a certified First Aider, and is currently pursuing her CIPD Level 5 qualification from the UK.
