With a strong background in early intervention and inclusive education, she leads with a clear vision: to create meaningful, measurable change in the lives of children with developmental needs. Her leadership blends strategic growth with a deep commitment to individualized care.

Inspired by her own journey as a mother to a child with autism, Shamaila is passionate about supporting children with learning difficulties and advocating for truly inclusive education. She holds a BA Honors degree in Marketing and Business Information Systems from Middlesex University, London, though it is her lived experience that has shaped her purpose-driven approach.

Her long-term vision includes expanding inclusive educational services and introducing vocational qualifications, empowering children of determination with the tools and recognition they need to succeed in the real world.
